Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before booking a camping package with us. By accessing our website or availing our services, you agree to abide by these terms.

1. General Terms

1.1. Seaview Beach Camping reserves the right to modify, update, or change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

1.2. By booking with us, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or have parental consent to make a booking.

2. Booking Policy

2.1. All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.

2.2. Tent allocation will be made based on availability at the time of check-in. Special requests will be accommodated when possible but are not guaranteed.

3. Campground Rules

3.1. Guests must adhere to the rules and regulations of the campsite. Misbehavior or causing inconvenience to other campers may lead to removal without a refund.

3.2. Alcohol consumption is permitted only in designated areas. Illegal activities, including the use of drugs, are strictly prohibited.

4. Liability

4.1. Seaview Beach Camping will not be held responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during the camping experience.

4.2. Participation in adventure activities or water sports is at the guest’s own risk.

5. Force Majeure

5.1. Seaview Beach Camping will not be liable for cancellations or disruptions caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, government regulations, or pandemics.
